INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte is seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role supports daily operations with a variety of manual tasks while upholding safety standards.

You will perform general labour, assist with loading/unloading, maintain clean work areas, and participate in maintenance or improvement projects as needed. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Formación

• Physical fitness to perform manual labour, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work hard and take pride in task completion.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Previous laboring or similar manual work experience preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Responsabilidades

About the role

INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our daily operations and contributing to the success of our cooperative. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks that keep our organisation running efficiently and effectively. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general manual labour tasks as assigned by supervisors and management
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas, facilities, and storage spaces
• Supporting maintenance activities and repairs as required
• Operating and using hand tools and basic equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assisting with construction, renovation, or facility improvement projects when needed
• Following health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Responding promptly to requests for assistance from team members across departments
• Contributing to a safe and positive working environment
