Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a professional Truck Driver to join our logistics team in Santa Maria, Bulacan. You will operate commercial trucks, plan efficient routes, perform pre-trip inspections and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards and company policies.

About the role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Truck Driver to join the team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Santa Maria, Bulacan. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe, timely and efficient delivery of goods across various routes. Your responsibility will be fundamental to maintaining our reputation for reliable logistics services and supporting the overall success of our cooperative.

What you'll be doing

• Operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated destinations




• Planning and following optimised routes to ensure timely deliveries whilst minimising fuel consumption




• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in proper working condition




• Maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery times and any incidents or vehicle maintenance issues




• Loading and securing cargo safely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations




• Communicating with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status, delays or any issues encountered




• Adhering strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies at all times




• Performing minor vehicle maintenance and repairs as required, and reporting major mechanical issues immediately




• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour with customers and colleagues

What we're looking for

• Valid Commercial Driver's Licence (CDL) with a clean driving record and no serious traffic violations




• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional truck driving experience in road transport




• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations and safe driving practices




• Excellent time management and route planning abilities




• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks such as loading and securing cargo




• Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting




• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members




• Reliability, punctuality and a strong commitment to safety and compliance




• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and digital logistics platforms is advantageous




• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development
