Job summary

Top Manning Services Corporation in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, is seeking a dedicated Laborer/Helper to join our construction team on a full-time basis. You will support plant and machinery operators, handle materials, and help maintain a safe, efficient worksite.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn, with a willingness to follow directions and comply with health and safety regulations. Prior construction or general labour experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant and machinery operators with setup, operation and breakdown of equipment.
• Perform general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling and waste management.
• Transport materials, tools and equipment to designated work areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized site and remove debris and hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or equipment faults.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Support site inspections and quality checks as required.

About the role

Top Manning Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our construction team on a full-time basis in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This role is essential to the success of our construction operations, providing vital support to plant and machinery teams whilst ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Laborer/Helper, you will be a key member of our on-site workforce, contributing directly to the delivery of quality construction work and maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist plant and machinery operators with the safe setup, operation and breakdown of construction equipment
• Perform general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling and waste management
• Support the construction team by transporting materials, tools and equipment to designated work areas
• Maintain a clean and organised work site, including the removal of debris and hazardous materials
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials from delivery vehicles
• Follow all health and safety procedures and regulations to ensure a secure working environment
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment as directed by supervisors and senior team members
• Report any safety concerns, equipment faults or site hazards immediately to management
• Work collaboratively with plant operators and other construction professionals to meet project deadlines
• Assist with site inspections and quality checks as required

• Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment and materials (advantageous)
• Certification in occupational health and safety or construction safety induction (preferred)
• Ability to read basic instructions, measurements and construction plans
• Valid identification and eligibility to work legally in the Philippines
