NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable HR investigator to support employee relations matters with potential legal implications.

The role includes reviewing HR policies, employment documents, and templates, identifying gaps, and recommending revisions to ensure due process and compliance. You will work closely with the Operations department, handling cases related to performance issues, disciplinary actions, layoffs, and offboarding, while maintaining organized case files

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and due process.
• Experience supporting SEnA, DOLE or NLRC cases preferred.
• Experience reviewing employment contracts, handbooks and HR policies.
• Experience in a BPO or offshore environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review employee relations cases involving performance, attendance and misconduct.
• Support offboarding including terminations and layoffs.
• Prepare notices, disciplinary and termination documentation and related correspondence.
• Ensure due process before employment actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Prepare case summaries, chronologies, evidence and supporting documents for labor proceedings.
• Maintain organized case files and standardized HR templates.
• Monitor Philippine labor regulations and advise HR leadership of changes.
