Job summary

The Labor Relations Specialist at Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. will support the implementation of labor relations programs, assist in employee relations matters, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

This role provides administrative support in disciplinary cases, grievances, and employee concerns. Working closely with the HR team, you will contribute to maintaining a positive and legally compliant work environment, with opportunities to attend hearings and field

Qualifications

• Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, or any HR related course.
• Experience in Labor and Employee Relations handling DOLE compliance and employee cases.
• Adept knowledge with Labor Code.
• Willing to do field work such as attending to DOLE, NLRC, NCMB and Court Hearings
• Previous experience as LR/ER of a manpower agency/cooperative is an advantage
• Can start ASAP.
