Qualifications

• Member of the Bar in good standing.
• At least 4 years of legal experience in a reputable firm or real estate company.
• Strong background in litigation, land banking and land registration.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with minimal instruction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and assignments.
• Travel for local assignments expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Litigation in ensuring compliance with laws and contract obligations.
• Recommend legal strategy in litigation, contracts and labor relations.
• Ensure contracts are properly documented and review for risk minimization.
• Advocate preventive litigation and advise on dispute strategy.
• Represent the company in cases and protect its interests.
• Provide well-researched legal opinions grounded in law and jurisprudence.
• Assist in enforcing Code of Discipline with HR in handling grievances and labor regulations.
