Job summary

Roche in Metro Manila seeks a Laboratory Workflow Analyst to evaluate and optimize laboratory processes, model workflows, and support the deployment of Roche solutions. You will design layouts, run KPI-driven assessments, and prepare client-facing presentations to demonstrate value.

You will collaborate with regional teams, advise clinicians on decision-support improvements, lead workshops and demonstrations, and travel as needed to deliver hands-on support and ensure a superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in central laboratory workflows and clinical disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the country.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize laboratory workflow processes against defined KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to present customer value propositions.
• Advise clinicians on decision-support tools and patient journey improvements.
• Model workflows and layouts; prepare client-facing presentations.
• Lead client workshops, trainings and product demonstrations.
• Support deployment of benchmarking surveys and Roche's digital platforms.
