Position
Laboratory Workflow Analyst (internally referred to as Lab Workflow Consultant) – responsible for collaborating closely with project team members to deliver customer value and support laboratory consulting initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert evaluation of laboratory workflow processes and anticipate customer requirements.
- Identify optimization areas based on mandatory key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design laboratory layouts, simulate diverse workflow scenarios, and create customer presentations.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to support development and deployment of Roche solutions.
- Assist customers with pre- and post‑analytical instrument applications to align configuration with recommended workflow design.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams to establish compelling customer value propositions across all stages of the buying cycle.
- Advise hospital clinicians on enhancing clinical decision support tools and refining the patient journey.
- Leverage Roche’s visualization and simulation tools, including turnaround time models, 3‑D renderings, and virtual reality experiences.
- Deliver client workshops, educational training sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Oversee deployment of benchmarking surveys and administer Roche’s digital platform to share insights, case studies, and healthcare thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the regional APAC Consulting Team to share best practices and ensure effective local service execution.
- Establish enduring, value‑focused customer relationships by identifying evolving needs and continuously improving the user experience.
- Lead and incorporate Lean Six Sigma methodologies into customer projects to deliver and quantify concrete benefits.
Qualifications
- At least 5years of deep knowledge and experience in central laboratory workflows and clinical disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, or Biotechnology preferred but not required.
- Experience overseeing complex projects with ambitious milestones under high‑pressure conditions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, advanced MS Excel analysis proficiency, and a forward‑looking thought process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation skills, and the ability to persuade others.
- Strong customer service acumen and ability to drive end‑user satisfaction in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Highly adept problem‑solving, continuous learning, and resourceful when working under pressure.
- Result‑oriented, proactive, dynamic, and persistent with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to travel within the country to deliver face‑to‑face customer support.
Role Requirements
This is a field‑based role based in Metro Manila that requires travel outside Metro Manila, both locally and abroad.
