Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree suitable for clinical laboratory or biomedical roles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert evaluation of laboratory workflow processes and anticipate customer requirements.
• Identify optimization areas based on KPIs.
• Design laboratory layouts, simulate workflow scenarios, and create customer presentations.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to support Roche solutions deployment.
• Assist customers with instrument applications aligning configuration with workflow design.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish value propositions across buying cycle.
• Advise clinicians on enhancing decision support tools and patient journey.
• Utilize Roche visualization/simulation tools (e.g., turnaround time models, 3-D renderings, VR).
• Deliver client workshops, trainings, product demos, and presentations.
• Oversee benchmarking surveys and Roche’s digital platform for insights and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with APAC Consulting Team to share best practices and ensure local service excellence.
• Establish enduring customer relationships by identifying evolving needs and improving user experience.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma methodologies in projects to deliver measurable benefits.
