You will model flows, design layouts, prepare client presentations, and lead workshops. Travel within the country is required to serve customers face-to-face and advance health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in central laboratory workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology preferred.
• Strong data analysis and MS Excel ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentations.
• Willing to travel within the country.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate laboratory workflow processes to identify optimization areas.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop customer value propositions.
• Advise clinicians on clinical decision support and patient journey.
• Model workflows and layouts; prepare client-facing presentations.
• Lead workshops, trainings, product demonstrations.
• Support deployment of Roche solutions and benchmarking surveys.
