Job summary

Roche Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Digital Solutions Specialist to deliver technical support for Roche IT solutions and instruments’ software at customer sites. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring integration with HIS/LIS via HL7/ASTM standards, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to promote solutions and drive customer value.

You will also provide workflow consulting, product demonstrations, and end-user training, contributing to marketing

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in IVD IT Specialist role.
Proficient in English and Filipino (written & spoken).
Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Tools.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Roche IT solutions and software at customer sites, ensuring integration with HIS/LIS via HL7 and ASTM standards.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing to promote Roche IT solutions, provide product positioning and customer value propositions.
Offer workflow consulting, including mapping and optimizing laboratory layouts and processes, using TAT simulations.
Support sales by delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and training to end-users, ensuring staff know IT product strategies.
Drive development of marketing concepts to enhance the IT solutions portfolio in coordination with the Marketing Team.
Proactively input activities in the CRM system, escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with Roche quality standards, regulatory requirements, and local SOPs; maintain PPE and safety during maintenance.
