Qualifications
- Graduate in chemical engineering, chemistry, biology, or related science.
- 2–3 years of technical sales experience in lab products or molecular biology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to visit customers and conduct product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Integrated Laboratory Solutions to labs, research and academic institutions.
- Conduct technical discussions explaining features, benefits, and usage.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide technical presentations.
- Assist with method validation and guide product applications.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Visit customers, present, and follow up to meet requirements.
- Prepare quotations, sales and visit reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on inquiries and availability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
- Attend product training sessions to stay updated on Merck products.
