Job summary

Grepcor Diamonde, Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, and service laboratory equipment at client sites across the Philippines. You will train customers and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and willingness to travel for field support. A Licensed Electronics Engineer is required; 1+ year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for lab machines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and calibrate laboratory equipment at client sites.
• Conduct customer training on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic devices.
• Respond to service calls onsite or remotely with effective solutions.
• Build lasting partnerships with clients through excellent service.
