Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Team Lead capable of supporting Python programming activities for study requirements and ad hoc projects. The role emphasizes creating and reviewing data management documents, ensuring SOP compliance, and maintaining strong communications with the LDM team.

The successful candidate will serve as a back-up for other Data Team Leads, broker timelines with internal/external teams, and ensure data transmission quality checks and proper documentation

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Self-driven with keen attention to detail to anticipate or elevate issues.
Analytical mindset and ability to identify process improvements to reduce costs and maintain quality.
Ethics and integrity in accordance with laws, regulatory standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

Capable of taking up Python programming activities or providing inputs for ongoing study requirements or adhoc projects.
Create and/or review data management documents.
Ensure SOPs and working instructions are followed.
Develop and maintain communications with the LDM team and serve as back-up for other Data Team Leads.
Negotiate timelines and responsibilities with internal and external teams to ensure agreed deliverables.
