Responsibilities

• Capable of taking up Python programming activities for study requirements or ad hoc projects.
• Create and/or review data management documents.
• Understand and comply with core SOPs and working instructions.
• Maintain communications with LDM team and act as back-up for Data Team Leads.
• Interact with internal/external team members to negotiate timelines and responsibilities.
• Ensure service and quality meet timelines and deliverables in data transmission agreements.
• Perform quality checks on data files before transmission and obtain peer-review as needed.
• Record evidence of the data transmission process from file definition to study closure.
• File and store specifications and design documents according to policy.
• Address and resolve internal/external customer queries promptly and effectively.
• Broker communication across peers, senior members, and customers to drive outcomes.
• Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager.
