Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with IQVIA database ops experience.
• Experience with mainframe tools: JCL, SAS, IQVIAPACT preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows apps: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the IQVIA database accurately and timely.
• Resolve file code database exceptions via setup/maintenance.
• Ensure all maintenance conforms to rules/protocols.
• Verify maintenance daily and apply necessary corrections.
• Make independent decisions following established protocols.
• Monitor client data monthly/quarterly for trends.
• Document quality control procedures.
