Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in Cebu City seeks a senior technical support specialist to deliver 3rd level assistance for NCR R10 software and hardware products. You will diagnose complex issues, collaborate with development teams, and provide remote, 24/7 support including on-call shifts.

You will mentor L1/L2 technicians, write technical documents, and work with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction. A strong SQL, .NET, and Microsoft technology background is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in a senior technical support role within Retail or related industry.
Strong background in SQL queries and development (.NET, scripting, web services, XML/HTML).
Proven ability to diagnose, document, and resolve complex production issues with clear notes.

Responsibilities

Provide senior level technical support for NCR R10 software and hardware products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; escalate to development or vendors when needed.
Offer remote 24/7 support, including after-hours on-call duties.
Mentor L1/L2 technicians; author knowledge articles and bulletins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
