Job summary

NCR Voyix in the Philippines is seeking a senior Technical Support Specialist to provide expert 3rd-level support for NCR R10 software and hardware. You will manage escalations, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate with internal teams in a global 24/7 support organization.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL and .NET skills, scripting experience, and proven troubleshooting ability. You will mentor L1/L2 staff, write technical documents, and be available for on-call after hours to keep

Qualifications

A minimum of 3–5 years in a senior technical support role is required in the retail sector.
Strong SQL, .NET, scripting, and web services/XML/HTML skills.
Clear, concise problem statements, data analysis, and detailed case notes.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Manage full escalations and requests for assistance.
Diagnose and solve issues at 3rd level; coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Provide 24/7 remote support and on-call after hours shifts.
Mentor L1/L2 staff and write technical documents for internal/public use.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to improve satisfaction.
