Job summary

About The Role

The Senior technician role will be responsible for monitoring, administration, and break/fix support of client’s managed appliance. You will be responsible formaintaining thepatch complianceofclients’ serverstoensuresystems are protected againstpublishedvulnerabilities,mitigatingoperating systemrisksandenablingmaximumsystems’availability forclients’ business operations.

As a Services Technician You Will

• Advanced experience supportingWindows 10/11in enterprise environments
• Strong handson experience withMicrosoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra
• Provenhardware troubleshooting and break/fix experiencefor laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Advanced proficiency withMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
• Solid working knowledge ofServiceNow ITSMor comparable enterprise ITSM tools
• Strong understanding of ITILaligned service desk operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or EndUser Support roles
• Demonstrated experience atL2 / L2.5 level, with L3leaning responsibilities
• Experience in managed services or large enterprise environments strongly preferred
