Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application maintenance and support at L2 level.
• Strong in Unix.
• Strong in writing SQL queries.
• AWS knowledge with hands-on preferred.
• Knowledge of scripting/coding languages, preferably Java.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for resolving L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Assist with code fixes and thorough testing when required.
• Work on supporting product servers and clients on modern platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery while enhancing performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate in a global environment.
• Perform RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
