Job summary

Goodman Tech BPO OPC is seeking a dedicated full-time IT engineer to support a Canadian client from the Philippines. The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, Windows support, networking, endpoint security and backup on a fixed night shift.

You will own issues end-to-end, document findings, and collaborate with technical backup and account management to ensure seamless service delivery. A minimum of 3+ years MSP experience, fluent English, and a reliable home office are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably at an MSP.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills: Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, OneDrive.
• Strong Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting.
• Practical networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls.
• Experience with at least one RMM platform with day-to-day admin.
• Experience with EDR and backup platforms.
• PowerShell scripting used in production.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Stable home working environment: reliable internet, backup, power, quiet space.
