Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Learning Operations Analyst to support enterprise Learning & Development platforms such as CSOD LMS, EdCast, NovoEd, and Xyleme. You will ensure data quality, accuracy, and SLA/KPI adherence while collaborating with Global Talent Management, IT, and HR Digital Platforms teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in testing, documentation, and system administration, with strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Junior to mid-level experience in system and user acceptance testing, documentation and technical writing, system administration, incident management and communication, release management, access provision, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Learning & Development platforms (CSOD LMS, EdCast, NovoEd, Xyleme, SharePoint, Udemy).
• Serve as SME for platform functionalities and downstream impacts across HR systems including Workday.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Management, IT, Global Learning Admin, Contact Center, and HR Digital Platforms teams.
• Manage task cases, documents, reports, UAT, and compliance with SLA & KPI.
