Description:

The KOL Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in BGC, Taguig. This role will identify, recruit, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and creators aligned with client brand goals on TikTok and other social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating creator performance, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaign briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of content and live commerce activities. The role also involves monitoring campaign metrics, optimizing KOL strategies based on data insights, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as digital marketing, account management, and content production. The KOL Specialist will maintain strong professional relationships with creators, support them in executing high-impact campaigns, and contribute to continuous improvement of IG's social commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer/KOL management, creator relations, and social media campaign coordination, preferably within TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social commerce strategy, and campaign planning, with the ability to align KOL activities to brand and performance objectives.
• Ability to analyze performance data, interpret key metrics, and use insights to refine KOL selection, campaign targeting, and content approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with creators, brand stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, MCN operations, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino and knowledge of local creator ecosystems are highly beneficial.
