Job summary

BSMT PH INC. is seeking an Influencer Business Development Specialist to support creator acquisition and partnership development globally.

You will identify potential creators, manage outreach and communication, and maintain a strong creator pipeline in collaboration with the Global Influencer Marketing Team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sourcing and successful influencer campaigns across markets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in influencer marketing or related fields.
• Experience with creator outreach or partnership coordination preferred.
• Familiar with Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Strong English communication and relationship skills.
