Job summary

Americanflat is looking for an Email Marketer to own the Klaviyo program end to end, architecting lifecycle flows from scratch and building the segmentation, design, and tracking framework that drives revenue.

You will design emails, write subject lines, set up flows, and monitor results the next morning, owning the process from concept to send. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role, with direct impact on revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of email marketing for an e-commerce / DTC brand.
• Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience: flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting.
• Strong email design and copywriting skills with a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize Klaviyo flow library including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase.
• Design mobile-first templates in Klaviyo (drag-and-drop or HTML).
• Own the promotional campaign calendar and weekly sends.
• Run A/B tests and report on performance, then plan next steps.
