Right Hook Digital is looking for a Klaviyo Email Specialist to act as the execution engine within a retention pod. You will work closely with a Retention Strategist to bring lifecycle strategies to life, building campaigns and flows, briefing designers and copywriters, and ensuring emails are on-brand and timely.

This role is not a pure strategy position; it requires fast Klaviyo execution, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative work with the retention team to deliver client results

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience including campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
• 2+ years agency experience or managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail; catch errors before they go live.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client updates and briefs.
• Strong project management; ClickUp experience is a plus.
• SMS experience with Klaviyo or Postscript is a plus.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Aufgaben

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for US DTC brands.
• Set up and configure Klaviyo email and SMS accounts for new clients.
• Own the campaign calendar and flag risks early to prevent slippage.
• Write creative briefs for designers and copywriters and manage the design process.
• Pull and compile monthly performance reports across email and SMS accounts.
• Communicate with clients on approvals, feedback, and performance updates.
• Collaborate with retention strategists and pod on client deliverables.
• Maintain a strong design eye to ensure on-brand emails.
