Va4U is seeking a Claude Marketing / Klaviyo Design & Automation Specialist to support Australian clients. You will design email campaigns, automate flows, and leverage Claude AI for content creation. A strong focus on segmentation, testing, and analytics will drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Klaviyo email marketing and automation experience.
• Proven AU client experience working with Australian brands.
• Experience using Claude AI or similar AI tools for content creation.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience designing templates in Klaviyo and Shopify integration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of email KPIs, deliverability, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English, highly organized, and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-converting Klaviyo email campaigns and templates.
• Create, manage, and optimize automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, etc).
• Leverage Claude AI to generate email copy, subject lines, CTAs and content.
• Segment lists and personalize campaigns to boost engagement and revenue.
• Run A/B tests to improve open rates and click-through rates.
• Analyze email analytics and optimize for performance and revenue.
• Ensure mobile-responsive designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and product launches.
• Maintain list hygiene and follow email marketing best practices.
