You will handle dishwashing, storage organization, basic food prep assistance, waste disposal and maintaining health standards. The position requires reliability, a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces, cookware, utensils and equipment.
• Manage the dishwashing station and ensure dishes, glassware and cutlery are cleaned, dried and stored properly.
• Organize storage areas with proper inventory rotation and labeling.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision of kitchen staff.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Restock kitchen supplies and cleaning materials as needed.
• Support mise en place and organize workstations for service.
