Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon entry and throughout their stay in the Tiki Lounge, Daybeds and other common areas, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Check guests’ wristbands and swimming attire to confirm compliance to safety protocols before issuing life vests.
Enforce guest safety rules, including adherence to the dress code and waiver policy, prior to granting access to play areas.
Issue life vests to guests before playtime and collect them afterward, ensuring proper usage and monitoring.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of onshore areas, including: Tiki Lounge/Area, Alfresco and dining areas, Pathways and seafront, Daybeds, Day cabanas, bean bags, umbrellas, and tables.
Wash and disinfect life vests daily, ensuring all life vest are in good condition and accounted for.
Wash and replace daybed covers, pillows, curtains, bean bags, and round beads as needed.
Implement proper waste management, including segregation and disposal, in assigned areas.
Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and furniture to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
Conduct daily inventory of life vests and prepare accurate reports.
Monitor and report damages, malfunctioning machines, equipment, and operational challenges to the Beach Guide Head promptly.
Ensure all equipment, furniture, fixtures, and tools are properly documented, securely stored, and used correctly.
