Identify, assess, and respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including administering First Aid, CPR, emergency oxygen, or AED assistance as needed.
Assist and orient guests on safe ways to enjoy water activities and the inflatable island.
Monitor weather conditions, wind gusts, and other environmental factors that may affect safety or cause damage to property and operations.
Conduct regular water and inflatable inspections to detect and remove hazardous materials or harmful species that may threaten guests, employees, or property.
Remove harmful objects such as broken glass, debris, garbage, driftwood, or barnacles that may pose a risk.
Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to minimize or eliminate potential hazards in the water and on the island.
Perform preventive maintenance, repair, cleaning, and safekeeping of all inflatable island materials and related tools and equipment.
Oversee the installation, deflation, alignment, anchoring, and securing of inflatable materials, ensuring they are safe for use.
