• Prepare and cook food items such as fried dishes, pasta, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.
• Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, food ingredients, and other supplies as needed.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, cooking equipment, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
