Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service.

• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when appropriate.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Prepare and serve food items while following proper portioning, presentation, and food safety procedures.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other food and beverage equipment safely and correctly.

• Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, counters, equipment, and workstations.

• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and service items as needed.

• Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper storage of food and beverage ingredients.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment preparation.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged items, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista, food and beverage associate, server, or in a customer service role is preferred.
