About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff member to join the team . This is a full-time position based in Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As Kitchen Staff, you will be an integral part of our culinary operations, supporting our head chefs and kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences to our guests. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of service and satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping and portioning vegetables, meats and other food items according to recipes and standards
• Assisting with the cooking and plating of dishes under the direction of senior kitchen staff and chefs
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, grills, fryers and other cooking apparatus
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, including sanitising work surfaces, utensils and equipment
• Following food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Organising and stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
• Supporting the kitchen team during service, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals
• Assisting with basic food storage and inventory management
• Responding to feedback from senior kitchen staff and continuously improving cooking techniques and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, either in a professional setting or as part of culinary training
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Physical stamina and the ability to work standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under the mentorship of experienced chefs
