Job summary

Naicha Food Adventures is seeking a Kitchen Helper – Washer & Packer to support daily kitchen operations. You will wash and sanitize utensils, assist in packing food orders, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized to meet service standards.

Candidates should be 18+, physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen helper, dishwasher, food packer experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
• Clean, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Able to follow instructions and food safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, trays, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, washing area, and packing area.
• Assist in preparing and packing food orders according to standards.
• Ensure food containers are properly sealed, labeled, and packed.
• Check packed orders for completeness and presentation before release.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed.
• Store cleaned utensils, equipment, and supplies properly.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain waste segregation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
