Responsibilities

• Food preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice and measure ingredients for cooks.
• Cleaning and sanitizing: Wash dishes and wipe counters and work surfaces.
• Stocking and organizing: Unload deliveries, store food supplies, and organize refrigerators or pantries.
• Waste management: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and keep the kitchen floor swept and mopped.
• Station maintenance: Restock workstations with clean tools, plates, and condiments.

Key Responsibilities
