ANLEON SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our hospitality team in Sucat, Muntinlupa City. The role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining high hygiene standards and assisting with food preparation and maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will work in a busy environment, follow safety protocols, and be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; prior kitchen/food prep experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices; able to follow procedures.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift items, and stand long hours.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients: wash, peel, chop and portion vegetables, meat and other items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and wash dishes/equipment.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as mixers, blenders, slicers and ovens.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food prep and meal assembly as directed.
• Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock properly.
• Dispose of waste and maintain health and safety compliance.
• Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown at shift start/end.
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain personal hygiene.
• Report equipment or safety issues to senior kitchen staff.

About the role

ANLEON SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our hospitality team. This is a full-time position based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring a clean, organised and efficient work environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This position is essential to the smooth functioning of our kitchen and directly contributes to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping and portioning vegetables, meat and other food items

2. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans and utensils

3. Operating and cleaning kitchen equipment such as mixers, blenders, slicers and ovens

4. Supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and meal assembly as directed

5. Receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation

6. Removing rubbish and maintaining waste disposal procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations

7. Assisting with kitchen setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of shifts

8. Following food safety procedures and maintaining personal hygiene standards at all times

9. Reporting any equipment maintenance issues or safety concerns to senior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

1. No formal qualifications required; however, previous experience in a kitchen, canteen or food preparation environment is preferred

2. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with a willingness to adhere to all regulations and procedures

3. Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during shifts

4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

6. Reliability and punctuality, with a positive attitude towards work

7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

8. Basic numeracy skills for measuring and portioning ingredients accurately
