Job description

A Kitchen Crew member plays a vital role in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that food preparation runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking as directed by the chef or kitchen manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are clean, functional, and safe to use.
  • Support team members with various tasks during busy periods to maintain efficient service.
  • Follow all kitchen safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
