Job summary

The Kitchen Crew Member plays a crucial role in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and assembly of food items according to recipes and safety standards.
  • Cooking: Cook and plate dishes as directed by chefs or kitchen managers, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and dining areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Stocking & Inventory: Monitor and replenish food and kitchen supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper storage of food, sanitation, and handling of kitchen equipment.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations, assisting with any tasks as required.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly use kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager.
