Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items per established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
• Support plating and presentation of dishes in an appealing manner.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, reporting shortages.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.).
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
• Respond promptly to kitchen orders and work under time pressure.
• Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
