Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience 0 - 2 years working experience in a kitchen environment.
• Education High School diploma or equivalent professional training.
• On the Job hospitality training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary operations of a specific kitchen or outlet.
• Maintain clear communications with colleagues and internal teams.
• Produce products as instructed by supervisor.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards across all kitchen areas.
• Monitor equipment and report defects to supervisor or Chef De Partie.
• Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines to maintain quality.
• Assist with inventory and storage of food items.
• Assist in meetings and share rationale for actions taken.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
