• Educational requirements include a vocational diploma or BS in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
• TESDA Cookery NC II / Commercial Cooking NC II are acceptable credentials.
• Fresh graduates with strong OJT in hotel kitchens are regularly hired.

Responsabilités

• Wash, peel, slice, dice and portion vegetables and other foods in large volumes.
• Receive, check, and store ingredients, upholding FIFO and labeling.
• Enforce HACCP procedures and monitor critical temperatures.
• Operate and report on heavy kitchen equipment and maintain clean workstations.
