Job summary

GoTyme seeks a Kiosk Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for kiosks in the General Santos area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, software, and network services to ensure uptime and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include inventory management, on-site maintenance, software updates, and collaboration with the warehouse and supervisor to ensure timely replenishment. A driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering fields.
• 1+ years in similar field service or IT/engineering role.
• Hands-on with hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fully resolve on-site kiosk issues and coordinate with internal teams for hardware, software, and network fixes.
• Ensure kiosk consumables inventory meets demand and manages stock levels.
• Perform scheduled on-site maintenance (corrective and preventive).
• Assist in in-field software update deployments.
• Check asset and inventory quality during installation and maintenance.
