Job summary

Aroya Cruises seeks a Kids & Teens Manager to oversee all children’s programming across the ship, delivering a safe, engaging, and Remarkably Arabian experience for guests from 6 months to 17 years old.

You will plan activities for nurseries, kids clubs, and teens programs, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies while collaborating with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kids/Teens Manager in education or entertainment.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating activities across venues.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and develop Kids & Teens activity programmes across all areas.
• Oversee staff duties, schedules and daily activities for Kids & Teens.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and quality across all venues and shifts.
• Collaborate with hotel officers to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain timely admin and reporting for Youth & Teens department.
• Develop partnerships with ashore teams and provide feedback for improvements.
