Job summary

Aroya Cruises seeks a Stage Supervisor to lead the Theater Entertainment technical operations aboard the vessel. You will supervise the Rigging & Automation Technician and Theater Staff, manage AV equipment for performances, and ensure flawless guest experiences with a focus on safety and brand standards.

Strong English, leadership skills, and knowledge of show control systems are required, with Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
• Maintain inventory and records for equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with Entertainment Technical Manager and crew.
