This role will be responsible for prospecting and opening new outlets, expanding the availability of ABI products—particularly alcoholic beverages—and driving sell-in through effective inventory checks and order compliance.
The ideal candidate will also involve managing trade agreements, executing merchandising standards, monitoring key performance indicators, and introducing new product categories. It requires overseeing order processing, coordinating deliveries and returns, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and outlet partners.
Territory Expansion: Prospects outlets, identifies opportunities, and expands product availability including new outlet acquisition
Negotiation: Manages and finalizes agreements, contracts, and trade terms based on value propositions
Development: Executes and monitors KPIs, ensures availability, and drives growth of existing accounts
Administration: Processes work orders and performs data maintenance, surveys, and asset control
Coordination: Ensures effective collaboration and alignment with internal teams and support functions
Merchandising: Implements merchandising strategies, promotions, and trains outlet partners on PICOS standards
Sales Execution: Conducts inventory checks and ensures compliance with sales and promotional activities
Order Management: Oversees order taking, transmission, and authorized returns or exchanges
Days: Monday to Saturday
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Demonstrated success in handling key accounts (on-premise), with a proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
Strong account management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of account-specific strategies.
Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2
