Job summary

Costner Trading Corporation, the exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated, is seeking a driven sales professional in Kalibo, Aklan. You will prospect new outlets, expand ABI product availability, and drive sell-in through inventory checks and order compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/communications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

About this Role

This role will be responsible for prospecting and opening new outlets, expanding the availability of ABI products - particularly alcoholic beverages - and driving sell-in through effective inventory checks and order compliance.

The ideal candidate will also involve managing trade agreements, executing merchandising standards, monitoring key performance indicators, and introducing new product categories. It requires overseeing order processing, coordinating deliveries and returns, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and outlet partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.

• With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
