Job summary

Primetech Oil Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Lead to drive distributor, key account, and retailer sales in the Cebu region. You will generate leads, visit customers, present proposals, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience (oil industry preferred), excellent communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Cebu region focus with potential field visits and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree.
• At least 2 years of sales work experience, with 1 year in oil industry exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Attention to detail, speed, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Punctual, organized, motivated, and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media business apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation for Distributor/Key Accounts/Retail customers through research and sourcing.
• Maintain and develop account and area coverage.
• Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to customers.
• Close actual transactions and set realistic sales targets for the team.
• Prepare Customer Data Sheets and submit Daily Activity Reports (WAR).
• Submit sales data and reports to track performance.
• Develop written proposals when needed.
• Conduct competitor scans: account coverage, price tracking, trade activity.
