You will coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to optimize execution, monitor trends, and present regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop nationwide sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets.
• Identify new markets, channels, and opportunities across lubricant segments.
• Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers, sales reps, and staff.
• Set regional and individual targets based on forecasts and potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, product positioning, and customer behavior.
• Manage national sales budget, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to support sales execution.
• Prepare regular national and regional sales reports on volume, revenue and performance.
• Ensure timely submission of sales records and account plans.
