Eliminate start-up delays by ensuring 100% document completeness at the point of sale, preventing "bottlenecks" during the hand-off to the next relay stage.
Manage the Mobilization Velocity, ensuring the transition from contract signing to "Ready for Site Deployment" occurs within a strict 7-day window.
Act as a "Liquidity Seller" by aggressively shifting the portfolio toward a higher Managed Revenue Mix to stabilize company cash flow.
Implement the "Trojan Horse" Strategy: Mandatory inclusion of a "Managed Services" (OpEx) option in every hardware proposal to build recurring revenue.
Prioritize and negotiate favorable financial terms, specifically targeting deals with Down Payments or Net 30 terms to ensure organizational liquidity.
Develop "Relay-Ready" account plans that align client needs with our internal capacity for rapid deployment.
Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on converting legacy hardware accounts into long-term managed service partnerships.
Serve as the primary strategic link between the client and the Service Delivery team to ensure the "pace" set during the sale is maintained through execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field, or Business related field.
Experience: 1-2+ years in B2B Strategic Sales or Account Management, specifically within industries requiring heavy documentation (Construction, Tech, or Managed Services).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM for document tracking; ability to interpret financial terms (Net 30, OpEx vs. CapEx) and compliance requirements (Bonds, CARI).
Soft Skills: The ability to demand compliance docs from clients before moving forward. High organizational "sprint" stamina.
Personal Attributes: Urgency-Driven: A "Starter" mindset that hates delays. Detail-oriented to a fault (zero-tolerance for incomplete files).
