Job summary

Crystal Image Paper Marketing Corporation is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager in Metro Manila to manage key client accounts, drive repeat business, and coordinate inquiries primarily through Viber and other channels. You will prepare Sales Orders, explain payment terms, ensure payment verification, and track delivery and quota achievement while maintaining accurate client records.

A background in industrial equipment sales and a proven track record help, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 6–12 months proven industrial equipment sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Technical understanding of heat exchangers, condensers, cooling towers, or related equipment is an advantage.
• Proven sales track record.
• Resilience and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key client accounts within designated delivery areas, ensuring consistent engagement and repeat business.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients via Viber and other channels.
• Prepare accurate Sales Orders (SO) for confirmed transactions, ensuring complete client, product, and pricing details.
• Clearly communicate approved payment modes and instructions to clients and ensure understanding prior to order processing.
• Coordinate order pickup and delivery only after payment has been verified by Accounting.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas per delivery area, ensuring that delivery schedules are executed only when area quota requirements are met.
• Monitor and confirm successful delivery of orders and completion of each sales transaction.
• Maintain accurate sales and client records to support monitoring of area performance and quota achievement.
